Using his expertise in the molding field, Joseph J. Prischak established Triangle Tool Company in 1956 in Erie, Pennsylvania. The business became an industry leader in mold design and later expanded into plastics with the creation of Plastek Industries Inc., dba The Plastek Group. Today, Erie remains our headquarters, enabling operations and supply for the East Coast and beyond.

Hamlet, North Carolina

We established the North Carolina division of Plastek to support our Erie operations. As our company grew, we experienced high demand for our products in the U.S. The Hamlet Manufacturing Division molding site expanded production capabilities so we could meet product demand in the U.S. and globally.
