Plastek’s Pressure Sensitive labeling lines are equipped with vision systems to insure consistent quality and label placement while maintaining high production rates.
Silk Screen Decorating is available with either a front and back panel combination or 360-degree wrap. We use environmentally friendly inks cured with ultraviolet light and up to 3-colors in a single pass. This process produces vibrant colors and scuff resistant finishes.
A perfect complement to silk screening, or used as a stand-alone label, Plastek offers hot stamp decorating for brilliant metallic foil applications to set your package apart from the competition.
Offset printing is available for round packages with up to 6 colors in a single pass. This process also utilizes UV cured inks insuring high production rates and eye-catching labels.
Plastek’s experience of assembling plastic packaging is second to none in the industry. We can provide high volume assembly in a variety of shapes and sizes.
As part of our quality assurance program, Plastek incorporates auto-inspection features to insure that 100% of the parts passing through the lines are inspected. We can also provide assembly utilizing hot glue, friction and sonic welding or other secondary operations as your needs dictate.

Typical Cell Manufacturing configurations implemented by Plastek, has been the development of the full manufacturing process of the product, initiated by the molded part, following the Assembly and finalizing with the Packaging of the product ready to be send to our customers.
This type of process has been fully automated in such way that everything is performed by Machines, Robots, Conveyors and Packaging machines where the only human labor involved is reduced to the monitoring of the process and store or deliver of the packaging.
